1. The 2019 Living the Mission IMPACT Award

In the spring, our team won the Living the Mission Award at the Microsoft IMPACT Awards. This recognition highlighted our use of technologies to create a positive impact on communities. 2. The arrival of Cogia in the team

3. The new management platform for brokers

This was also the year that TANDEM, powered by XRM Vision, was launched. Our team designed this custom management platform for insurance brokers. Our tool meets the new needs of this market, which is undergoing significant transformations. 4. The hackathon for education

Led by Team Leader Eric Sauvé, experts from about ten Montreal-based companies came together under the banners of 4 teams and pooled their talents. Their goal? 5. The creation of the CSM position

Organizations tend to underestimate the importance of human resource management when implementing a technological project. That's why we created the Customer Success Manager (CSM) position this year, held by Pierre Moreau. 6. The twenty new talents, including an MVP!
